There should be a statement relating the present California
crisis in water and energy to nuclear energy. It should address
crisis issues like delays in the San Onofre reactor (if that's the
one that is threatened by an eco-delay). The precise issues should
be determined after consulting Fritz Draeger, PG and E, and Bertram
